2010 Science Media Workshop

In July 2010, the Omaha Science Media Project will host a three-day workshop designed to complement the 2009 workshop. In 2010, a larger group of participants will create media projects using existing curriculum and the technologies they already use such as cell phones, digital cameras, and laptops. The 2009 participants will act as mentors for the larger science teaching community. A key purpose of the 2010 workshop will be to develop a professional development model that can be exported to other subjects and run on smaller scales at the school level.
